Flexible working
Getting the right work / life balance is increasingly important for many of us and PartnerRe recognizes that flexible working can provide benefits to both employer and employee. As a result, PartnerRe has expanded the traditional work model by offering the ability to work two days a week remotely, on Mondays and Fridays, with manager approval.
Focus on well being
The effects of Covid-19 have not only threatened our physical health but have also taken a heavy toll on mental health. To support employees, PartnerRe has introduced a global employee well-being program called "Stay Fit" aimed at building awareness around healthy work-life habits. We also offer employee assistance programs that provides additional one-to-one support.
